There are a lot of good things happen around us ,but we have a habit of walking beyond the negative issues and second person’s family matters. The former UN under secretary general and the current parliamentarian from ,Thiruvananthapuram constituency Dr Shashi Tharoor is a man who tweet and teach new vocabulary to Indian politics which others find difficult to pronounce or know the meaning without googling. His global experience and education make him feel cool to speak such 29 length words or tongue twisting vocabulary in tweets and express his ideas and stands in a clear cut manner.

Here I would like to quote some of his words ,context and it’s meaning which may help others for reference. I think he is the most updated man in Indian politics by interacting all necessary subjects with public ,especially among youth on social media( Tweeting briefly but powerfully).

  1. Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia :is one of the longest words in the dictionary — and, in an ironic twist, is the name for a fear of long words.

2. Floccinaucinihilipilification: action or habit of estimating as worthless

A combination of four Latin words (flocci, nauci, nihili, pilifi) all signifying “at a small price” or “for nothing,” which were listed together in a rule of the well-known Eton Latin Grammar. The kind of jocular formation that was possible among educated men in Britain in those days.

3. Farrago: A confused mixture

4. Webaqoof : A Webaqoof is one who believes every word or information on the internet and Social Media is true.

5. Rodomontade: talk or behavior that is boastful (praising yourself too much) or exaggerated.

6. Snollygoster: One, especially a politician, who is guided by personal advantage rather than by consistent, respectable principles.

7. Puerile : silly or childish especially in a way that shows a lack of seriousness or good judgment.

As People wait for his new books and speeches, Political India is always listening and eagerly waiting for the new English vocabulary he tweet . When his speeches express complete aggressiveness against British colonialism that ruined the wealth of India he try to experiment some interesting English words in his tweets always which are the point of attractions of youth and media nowadays.

Right Use of Social Media

Most probably when social medias turn to be the war fields of online keyboard warriors and faceless profiles, genuine useful tweets like Dr shashi Tharoor’s which are meaningful and thoughtful gives the message of right use of Social media. Decency and opposition respect uphold the value of political figures than extreme opposition and series of allegations each others.Parents usually complain that they can’t watch the news channel with kids because the exhibited contents and verbal discussions are much bad sometimes ,when certain politicians open up their mouth. Tharoor’s style of tweets surely make a difference and it’s a role model for the young politicians to shine in their political and personal career.
